Request for Proposals
The Florida Gaming Control Commission (FGCC) has issued a request for the submission of proposals to provide (1) an IT Service Management (ITSM) software as a service (SaaS) and (2) consulting services. FGCC remains technology agnostic in terms of the solutions that may be proposed, but highlights the following:
- The proposed solution should deliver an efficient service.
- The proposed solution should be flexible in usage, access, configuration, and reporting.
Request for Proposals
The Florida Gaming Control Commission has issued a Request for Proposals to select a contractor (defined as a vendor or joint venture, as defined in chapter 607, Florida Statutes) to provide a Compulsive or Addictive Gambling Prevention Program in accordance with section 551.118, Florida Statutes, to assist the Commission in recognizing problem gambling situations and to implement responsible gaming programs and practices.
The program shall provide a toll-free helpline number, advertising for the helpline, community outreach services, and slot machine gaming facility employee training services. The successful contractor will be provided a contract for two years with the option to renew the contract for up to three additional years.
